Terms and Conditions for Spiritual Wisdom Instruments

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer" or "Buyer") and Spiritual Wisdom 444 ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of our website, spiritualwisdom444.com ("Site"), and the purchase of any 1-of-1 custom builds from our online storefront, specifically our custom metaphysical instruments. By accessing the Site or submitting an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.  

1. Material Integrity, Handcrafted Variations, and Usage  

Our devices are complex, proprietary instruments precision-built using a highly specialized matrix of raw minerals, high-density woods (such as Birch), metals, and specific biological or polymer sealing elements.  

Natural Elements & Variations: Because every device is individually handcrafted using organic and geological specimens, no two items are identical. You acknowledge and accept that minor physical variations in grain pattern, mineral coloration, weight, and surface texture are natural characteristics of these materials and do not constitute defects or grounds for a refund.  

Component Stability: Devices are structurally sealed to protect internal core configurations. Any structural modification, tampering, or unauthorized opening of the sealed housing by the customer immediately voids all product support and liability protections.  

2. Custom Production & Order Processing  

Made-to-Order Timelines: Many of our devices are assembled and cured dynamically upon purchase. Production and curing timelines provided at checkout are diligent estimates based on material availability and processing stages. We are not liable for minor delays in shipping due to extended structural curing windows.  

Order Discretion: We reserve the right to limit, refuse, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including cases where material sourcing constraints limit production capacity.  

3. Strict No-Cancellation and Final Sale Policy  

Due to the immediate allocation of valuable raw minerals, specialized structural foundations, and specialized labor involved in our fabrication process: Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled, amended, or revoked once production, curing, or material setting has commenced.  

Final Sale: All purchases of handcrafted devices are 100% final. We do not accept returns, offer exchanges, or issue refunds for buyers' remorse, altered personal preferences, or perceived performance characteristics.  

4. Shipping Logistics, Delivery, and Transit Damage  

Transfer of Risk: All shipments are dispatched via tracked commercial carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx). Title to the item and the entire risk of loss or damage pass completely to the Buyer the moment the package is transferred to the third-party shipping carrier.  

Transit Damage Protocol: If a device is physically compromised during transit, you must notify us via our online contact portal within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photographic documentation of the unopened damaged shipping exterior box, internal packaging, and the damaged device itself. Verified transit-damaged items will be repaired or replaced at our sole discretion; no cash refunds will be issued.  

5. Intellectual Property and Proprietary Designs  

All proprietary designs, blueprints, exact structural configurations, material matrix ratios, text, graphics, logos, and product nomenclature—including but not limited to "Stormbreaker," "Ghost Trap," and "The Heavy Symmetry Vacuum"—are the exclusive intellectual property of Spiritual Wisdom 444 and are protected under federal copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.  

Reverse-Engineering Prohibition: Purchase of a device grants the customer a limited license for personal use only. Copying, replicating, commercializing, or attempting to reverse-engineer the physical matrix or design patterns of any device found on this Site is strictly prohibited and will be met with immediate legal action.  

6. Comprehensive Limitation of Liability  

As-Is Provision: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all instruments and devices are sold on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" basis, without express or implied warranties of any kind, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.  

Liability Cap: In no event shall Spiritual Wisdom 444, its master craftsman, owners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages resulting from the possession, display, or use of our devices. Our maximum financial liability for any dispute or claim shall never exceed the exact dollar amount paid by the customer for the specific item in question.  

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction  

These Terms, and all disputes arising directly or indirectly from your transaction with us, shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced strictly in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings must be initiated exclusively in the state or federal courts serving Pennsylvania.  

8. Amendments to Terms  

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The version published on this page at the exact time of your purchase will dictate the rules governing that transaction.
